"GO GREEN " is the acronym for a 3 credit course, titled, "Green Organizations: Global Responsibility for Environmental and Economic Necessity". This study abroad course is open to all IUPUI students. The course includes a one-week visit to Germany or France with emphasis on studying sustainable development in business and industry. Students visit businesses and industries in the area of Mannheim, Germany or Marseille, France to observe examples of environmentally responsible and energy efficient practices. Knowledge of German or French language is not required for the course. Students have the option to sign up for another 3 credits hours to do an undergraduate research project on a sustainable topic in Germany or France.
